Orders under £10.00 - delivery charge £2.00
Order value £10.00 and over - FREE DELIVERY
Overseas orders - If you are ordering from overseas, please phone us and we can advise you of what the price of postage will be. This will all depend on size/weight of item and destination.
Delivery address: This can be an alternative address to the address at which your debit/credit card is registered. You will be prompted to enter address details when completing your order.
Shipping method: We currently use Royal Mail Signed for/2nd Class for all orders over £20.00 and then Royal Mail 2nd Class for orders under £20.00.
We try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order or next working day. If it will be any longer we will inform you by email.

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for it. To return an item, please send us an email informing us that you are returning your goods and the reason why. Please include Order Number.
When returning product please send back in its original packaging with a note indicating reason for return and include order number. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please note, for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. If you require an exchange our returns department will be happy to process this for you.
All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability, unless product it is Faulty.
Any faulty item must be returned to us clean and dry. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to you.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected).
